At the Core Neuromuscular Massage Therapy and Body Care, we specialize in neuromuscular massage therapy to alleviate aches & pains associated everyday wear and tear on the body, muscle tension and pain associated with illness or injury.

Using advanced techniques like neuromuscular therapy (NMT), myofascial release, and trigger point therapy to target the root causes of your pain, I perform each massage with a testament that not every human body is the same and not every side of the body is the same. Together, we learn where massage is most beneficial to you and develop a customized treatment plan that’s just right for your needs!

Whether you are suffering from back pain, neck pain, shoulder stiffness, migraines, injury, stress-related pain or a variety of other ailments, we can help you feel better! We conduct thorough assessments of each client to effectively pinpoint impaired muscles, nerves, and connective tissue at the root of your pain and discomfort. Then we develop a tailored treatment plan that combines focused deep-tissue massage therapy techniques, stretching, and rehabilitative exercises to help you return to optimal function. Our goal is to provide long-lasting, all-natural pain relief so that you can return to the activities you enjoy.
